All registered Half Marathon and 5k participants will receive a race shirt at packet pick up and an awesome finisher medal.
Packet Pick Up
Registered participants can pick up their race packets, shirts, and bib numbers on Friday, October 22, 2021. Terra Running is located at 90 North Ocoee Street, Cleveland, TN.
Safety
Due to the nature of a running race, participants are strongly discouraged from using headphones during the Cleveland Half Marathon and 5k. Dogs, bikes, skateboards, and jogging strollers are not permitted in the race.
Timing
It's not as big as the New York City Marathon, but we will be using the same timing technology. The race will be chip timed using state of the art Chronotrack chips and equipment. Results will be provided immediately after the race online, and if opted in, will be provided live through text message.
Awards
Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners of both the Half Marathon and 5k. Awards will also be given to the top three finishers, male and female, in the following age groups for the Half Marathon: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over. Awards will be given to the top three finishers, male and female, in the following age groups for the 5k: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Awards winners will be based on gun time.
All finishers of the 5k and the half marathon will receive an awesome finisher's medal. Learn more about the Finisher's Medals HERE.
Nutrition
Aid stations will be set up along the half marathon course to the support the runners. More details coming soon!

Refunds
Due to the upfront nature of event costs, we have a uniform policy of no refunds or deferrals to a future year. We know that plans change and unexpected things come up, but we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of an arbitrary line of who merits a refund and who doesn't. Thank you for understanding.
If you registered for the 2020 race and would like to transfer your entry to 2021, email Cleveland@TerraRunning.com with your first and last name and race distance. Transfers cannot be made to another person. Transfers can be made between distances but the current registration price difference may be due.
